Designed on Earth offers original handprinted artworks and art prints created by Laurence Stanger in Bremen, Germany.
2. Products
We make every effort to represent our artworks as accurately as possible.
Because each linocut is individually inked and printed by hand, slight variations in ink coverage, texture and impression may occur. These variations are part of the handmade printing process and make each print unique.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on the screen or device used to view the online store.
Frames and decorative objects shown in product photographs are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
3. Orders and contract
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
After your order has been placed, you will receive an electronic confirmation. The purchase contract is concluded in accordance with the information provided during the Shopify checkout process.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, payment failure or product unavailability. Any payment already received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
All prices displayed in the online store are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), VAT is not charged separately.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately before the order is completed.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from Bremen, Germany.
Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
7. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@laurencestanger.com.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can resolve it.
8. Intellectual property
All artworks, designs, photographs, images, texts, logos and other original content displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Artwork and website content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from Laurence Stanger.
9. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products.
10. Applicable law
These Terms and contracts concluded through this online store are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory consumer protection granted to them under the law applicable to them.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version applicable to an order is the version available at the time the order is placed.
