Shipping from Germany

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from my studio in Bremen, Germany.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and shipping method.

The available shipping options and exact shipping costs for your order will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Processing times

Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier. Any delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International orders

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may also cause additional delivery delays.

Shipping address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible at info@laurencestanger.com. If the order has already been shipped, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address.

Damaged or lost orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at info@laurencestanger.com, including your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging, so that I can resolve the issue.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact me at info@laurencestanger.com so that I can investigate the shipment with the carrier.
