14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Returns

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the artwork within 14 days to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

Please return the artwork in its original packaging if possible, or use equivalent protective packaging to ensure that it is not bent, folded or damaged during transport.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the price paid for the artwork and the original standard shipping cost, where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

If you selected a more expensive shipping option, such as express delivery, any additional cost above our standard shipping rate will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your artwork is damaged during shipping, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@laurencestanger.com so that we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized for the customer.

This exception does not apply to our standard handprinted linocut editions simply because each print is individually printed by hand.
